We specialize in High Efficiency Furnaces that are 90% or more efficient, offering exceptional comfort while lowering utility bills. Older Furnaces (seven to ten years) have an A.F.U.E., (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency) rating of 65% or less. This percentage reflects the amount of heat you get for each dollar's worth of gas. Since 1992 a federal regulation has required that all gas furnaces provide an A.F.U.E. rating of at least 78%. The economic benefits of the higher efficiency furnaces are clearly worth the money. RHEEM HIGH EFFICIENCY FURNACES:
CENTRAL AIR CONDTIONING SYSTEMS
We specialize in High Efficiency 12, or higher SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) Air Conditioning Equipment systems. SEER is a measure of the air conditioner's efficiency when cooling. Similar to miles per gallon for an automobile, the higher the SEER number the more efficient the air conditioner. Although the current minimum SEER in the State of California is 10 SEER, the near future will change this minimum to at least 12 SEER The cost of the higher SEER equipment investment can be recuperated easily for those who require a comfortable indoor environment during the hot California months. Not only do these high efficiency units cool for less money, (the 12 SEER is 20% more efficient than the 10 SEER), the central systems also double the warranty period on the compressor, (from 5 to 10 Years).

WALL FURNACES, DIRECT VENT FURNACES, MOBILE HOME FURNACES
Wall furnaces mount on any inside or outside (single wall model only) wall and provide both circulated and radiated heat. Direct Vent wall furnaces mount on any outside wall and are perfect for multi-story, room additions, garage apartment and office applications. Mobile Home furnaces mount on any outside wall and occupy a minimum of room space.

Ideal for garages, shops or drafty areas they are meant to heat up an isolated area quickly.
HYDRONIC SYSTEMS
Hydronic systems offer many benefits for comfort and efficiency. For those who want the very best system for heating, the hydronic forced-air and radiant heating systems are a great option. They use your existing hot water heater to heat your home, (forced-air systems), or a heating boiler for larger homes or homes with greater hot water heating requirements. Homes heated with hydronics can have excellent indoor air quality. The system uses the natural convection movements of heated air to distribute heat, not by blowing air throughout the house. Hydronics can also provide other hot water needs for domestic hot water, swimming pools or spas, outdoor snow melting and towel warmers.
A home featuring a hydronic system can also be zoned to provide a more comfortable and efficient living space. Zoning allows you to separate various living spaces within the home and deliver heat only to those areas that need it, when they need it, controlled by individual thermostats in each zoned space. Zoning can be used with either baseboard or radiant applications. Radiant floor heating works very well if your newly constructed home has tile floors or wood floors.
GEOTHERMAL HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS
We are IGSHPA Certified Installers of these systems, not for everyone, but with the right property, these systems can be very energy efficient, drawing the heat source for the ambient temperature beneath the ground. Cost per usage is extremely low, providing outstanding value, and comfort.
EVAPORATIVE COOLERS
Evaporative Cooling is a natural choice over air conditioning. Evaporative Coolers use a fraction of the energy to cool your environment, saving you money on your summer cooling bill. Fresh, outside air is drawn through the evaporative cooler; the air is cooled and filtered of dust, pollutants, pollen and other harmful particulates. Air is exchanged with outside air every few minutes leaving only clean fresh air to breathe.
